The hot 26x2 yoga class is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Build strength in areas you didn’t know existed. Balance, stability, concentration, and structure. My class gives all levels a solid foundation in correct form and breathing, as well as a thorough workout for the mind.
Find a quiet room for your mat. Place a mirror & your laptop, iPad or phone in front of you. And if you sweat a lot, place a big towel close to your mat.
When preparing for a hot yoga class, ensure that you have eaten balanced meals throughout the day, and that any large meals are finished about two hours before class.
