Grab your mat, 2 blocks or two bigger towels, yoga bolster or big cushion & a blanket.

Calm Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing class of sweet stretches practiced in a cozy warm room. Yin targets your deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones and also improves the flow of qi. Qi, better known to yogis as prāna, which means life force. It is breath or energy that flows through the body. Improved qi flow harmonises organ health, the immune system, and emotional well-being.
Calm Yin is the perfect complement to yang (more energetic) forms of exercise.
