The 26x2 yoga class is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Build strength in areas you didnโ€™t know existed. Balance, stability, concentration, and structure. My class gives all levels a solid foundation in correct form and breathing, as well as a thorough workout for the mind.

When preparing for a yoga class, ensure that you have eaten balanced meals throughout the day, and that any large meals are finished about two hours before class.
