On internations if your signed up in the right group you will see your local time on the event calender. If you are not sure what time it starts look it up for your own on:

Protected content

Compare it with the time(s) below all times are in Amsterdam time, Central European Times. During the different parts there will be breakout rooms where you can continue the previous activities when others go on.

1. 5: Protected content Write
During this time we start express what well write about and then write in silence and express how it went after session.

1. 7: Protected content Excersice, Tai chi Yoga faster exercize
During this half hour of exercize we want to get better get more energy and feel better by doing a variety of exercizes. Every day exercising is of course the best thing to do. Also besides this event.

3. 7: Protected content Learn and talk languages
During this session a few langauges will be shown and trained together.

+ The normal positive social norm: You are kindly requested to avoid spreading negativity or discuss politics, religion or current controversies. Failure to comply will get you deleted from the conference.
