Welcome to Liz's global online Yin Yoga! Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga, the asana’s are held for a longer period, ideal for restoring, stretching, balancing and strengthening the body and clearing the mind!
Please log in 5 minutes ahead of start. When you sign up you agree to leave the camera on, it is more fun! These are interactive session's, you can share your experience on yoga and health.
Wear comfortable clothes, use a yoga mat and cushion/towel/blocks and a bottle of water.
