Ready to Join?

It is said that we have Protected content moving energy through our systems.
There are 7 energy centres - Chakras - which like roundabouts have circular movements. Chakra means ‘wheel’ in Sanskrit.

In yoga we free up this energy by breathing, moving, stretching, relaxing and simply paying attention to the sensations, as body&mind work together.

In this session we will work on Anahata - Heart Chakra, opening through the chest and shoulders area to get rid of any blockages.

We'll finish with a loving kindness - metta meditation, and final relaxation in Savasana (Corpse pose).

Please let me know if you have any injuries and health condition. By joining the class you are solely responsible for your practice, how it affects you. You agree that you listen to your body and participate at your own pace, adjusting any instructions to your level of ability and physical/mental condition.
You'll need a yoga mat and stretchy clothes.

I encourage you to keep the camera on, at least in the beginning.

Regular yoga sessions, including breathing techniques and meditation, will help you feel stronger in the body and mind, more peaceful, providing the perfect platform for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
