Explore the start of a new journey of discovering your self. This short meditation allows us to rest our awareness on various parts of the body. Observing. Noticing, Sensations, Breath, Posture, Sit bones, the bottom of our feet resting on the floor. This meditation can be done whenever one needs press the reset button. Take a break from work.
