Gratitude Meditation to Relax

With Gratitude comes peace, healing, forgiveness and growth. Allow yourself to relax into your breath, melt the tension, and soften your soul. Focus on being aware and thankful for each part of the body that allows us to exist, function and enjoy these precious present moments. * take a comfortable seat or lie down ensure you are not driving whilst listening to this consult with your doctor or a health care professional to ensure you have the green light to enjoy these recordings
