Why are frogs so mindful?
They eat whatever bugs them.

The breath can be a great tell for our emotions. Simply put when we are angry or upset, the breath is fast and shallow. When we are relaxed and feel safe, the breath is impervious and subtle. We can shift the focus from being aware of the breath, to then being aware of our body, and then to the feelings that are ever present. The connection between the body and the breath is integral.
