Dear all,

Everyone face different daily challenges, but as an expat far from our homeland, in a different culture and far from our main emotional support (longtime friends, family, places, etc…) the situations that arise might get even more challenging.

This is why, to live abroad in harmony is recommendable to have a mind, body & emotional self-regulation practice that helps us to navigate between our emotions, automatic reactions and how these are reproduced in the physical body.

Join me for a Hatha-Vinyasa yoga + Nervous System Breathwork practice. The style of Breathwork we will practice is focused on relaxing our (“flight & fight”) response and activate our Parasympathetic (“rest & digest”), and integrating what is felt, received, seen safely. These sessions are created for the “busy expat” who wants to exercise and learn off the mat wellness tools.

We will practice:
-Open level 30 mins Yoga
-Rebirthing breathwork for 15 mins
-Bring a personal intention (Sankalpa)
-A mat, two cushions or one blanket
