Chakra Healing #6: Third Eye Chakra

This 7-part healing series is all about treating and healing each of your seven chakras. We'll advance from your root chakra and continue up through your sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat and third eye chakras – finishing at your crown chakra (we'll get there the other side of summer:-)

So why heal the Third Eye chakra (Ajna)?

Because the Third Eye is the seat of intuition, insight and mental clarity. By balancing this chakra, you can see beyond the physical and trust your inner wisdom. Here, Reiki clears energetic noise, making it easier to hear and trust your gut in decision making. By dissolving blockages, Reiki can reduce mental confusion and help you visualize goals and dreams, as well as open up a stronger connection to your higher self.

We start with a short grounding meditation, and then do 10 minutes of healing.

No prior experience of healing or meditation needed, it’s all very simple. You'll get all the instructions you need during the session (basically, take a deep breath and close your eyes).
