In the morning of Saturday, March 28, we have organized a guided tour of the Acetaia del Luca which is close to the A1 exit of Modena Sud.

Acetaia del Duca is a family-run company founded in Protected content , one of the oldest producers of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, with the experience of five generations. For many years, the guided tours are being organised including tastings of their products. The owner and her daughter will be our guides on this occasion. 😊

The guided tour will commence promptly at 10:30 a.m. and shall last about one and a half hours. It includes:
An introduction to the history of the company and the product itself.
An explanation of the production process of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
A tasting of five different qualities of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (DOP and IGP).
The opportunity to purchase their products in the factory shop.

Cost €8 a head to be paid in cash.
