Benefit Concert
The Stuttgart State Opera warmly invites you to a special benefit concert at the Johanneskirche, located at the beautiful Feuersee in Stuttgart.
At the heart of the evening is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Requiem in D minor, K. 626, completed by Franz Xaver Süßmayr, one of the most moving and profound works in the choral repertoire. The program will be complemented by Gabriel Fauré’s Cantique de Jean Racine, a work of serene beauty and spiritual depth.

Members of the Staatsopernchor Stuttgart and the Staatsorchester Stuttgart will perform this meaningful program in support of the Stuttgart Adult Hospice.
Mozart’s Requiem is not only a Mass for the departed, but above all a deeply consoling musical experience for the living. Following the great success of previous years, this benefit concert continues as a sign of solidarity, an invitation to pause and reflect, and an evening of music that inspires hope and a sense of community.
