First Brunch with Friends
First of all, I inform you that from this moment I will lead this group that our lovely Sandrine created a while ago. Her spirit will always be alive.
A few weeks ago I was in the south of Paris and I saw that I was close to the shop of a wool shop / tea room. Indeed, there were tables everywhere (even in the street) so you could take a piece of pie with a small tea just to chat with friends.
The wool that comes from abroad (USA and Canada especially). It's a shop full of smells and colors!
And what about the brunch, then? Excellent.
The puff pastry was extra fresh, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the puff pastry was terribly crisp.
Certainly, this place does not play the card of originality like some brunches of the capital, but after all, simplicity is sometimes better when it is perfectly mastered. Here is the case. A haven of peace to eat...
The room is calm. We can brunch peacefully, without being pushed to the door, to make room for customers after. The large windows let in the rays of the sun, and the menu is really rich. It feels almost at home. So I highly recommend this brunch that made me love tea more than ever.
Please, write on the wall that you come to this "Brunch with Friends" to be able to book the best table for us.
