Hello all,

This time, I'd like to go for our curinary trip to Balkan peninsula, especially Bosnia-Herzegovina. The restaurant is recommended form one of our member from Bosnia-Herzegovina.

According to Wiki, Bosnia-Herzegovina cuisine is
- A part of Balkan cuisine and a lot of influences from Turkish, Mediterranian cooking such as Greek and also Austro-Hungarian.

- The meat is the main dishes. The corns and plumes are also very important role.

- Herzegovina part is producing wine and Bosnia part is makeing the brandy from plums.
