Let's do 85.000 steps in 7 days. Stay active, fit & balanced
⚠️Please note: this is not a zoom meeting and no in person event. But: Let's do & post each 85.000 steps in 1 week. We start with counting from Monday morning, the 16th of November until Sunday night, the 22nd of November. So you descide when you do sports or when you collect your steps by runs, outdoor walks, home training etc.
In Corona times we all can't meet unfortunately but of course most of us are still doing at least some kinds of sports or would like to restart with it on our own to keep our balance, stay fit and not to let ourselfes go.
⚠️🚩 You need a FitBit-, Garmin- whatever sports watch or phone which is counting your steps or sport activities to post either your day - or at least your week results -with at least 85.000 steps via a Screenshot here (please post it via Internations photos in this event ) 👌 !
Again, you can choose any activity where steps are counted by your sports watch or phone like normal walks outdoors, running, trampoline, going stairs, all kinds of home-training , etc
🚩Feel free to post any other photos or screenshots also during the week or motivational things if you feel like it :-)....
Beeing active is always and still a necessity for keeping a balance to our jobs and other things in life and of course keeping a good mood, not letting ourselfes go and for health reasons, too ! No one of us has time but we have to find and take this time for staying fit & balanced.
So let's do it :-)...
