Hey everyone :-) ,

let´s do one of our 2 hour walk & talk after- work again. I am sure we all sitting down way too often and too much , especially daily at work but the body needs to move in the week regularly as well :-).... So let´s enjoy a good combination of being outdoors, having fresh air and talking a bit while walking together.

We meet at 19:00 and will wait max. 10 minutes, then we def. start the walk and can´wait for people who are coming later, so please be there on time.
We go first through the beautiful Hofgarten to Tonhalle, cross the bridge to Oberkassel , walk along the Rhein a bit and walk back
