Detox your body and mind with yoga
Join for an energizing Sunday afternoon vinyasa flow, pranayama (breathing exercises) and short meditation, designed to help you to detox not just your body, but also your mind.
For your Ease, Lightheartedness and Well-Being on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Learn how to cleanse your cells efficiently, by movement, asanas (postures) and breath, and still with gentleness and compassion. Experience the increase of your life-force-energy (Prana) in your system.
This 75mins yoga practice (in English) will involve Sanskrit mantras and music. Get ready to ease your body and mind through the purifying sound of the mantras and the depth of the Tibetan bowl.
A practice to complete a week and uplift yourself for the new one. With a cherry on top! After class we will enjoy digestion boosting organic herbal tea, straight from the fields of Lithuania :)
