This weekend course will set you up to enjoy the Swiss Winter and welcome the cold as an energising natural force.

Every morning there is a breath session. This type of breathing guides you to know about your inner body and trains you to mentally relax, cleanse your inner body and brain and strengthen your immune system and guide your body and brain to use the cold as a supportive force. The immediate benefits are a release of stress and tension from the mind and body.
Mid-morning there is a mountain adventure exploring the Swiss Alps, the lakes and waterfalls and putting to practical use the mental techniques. Mid-afternoon is another mountain adventure to practise the power over your mindset. All facets of the Wim Hof Method will be extensively covered and you will learn about the physiological and psychological mechanisms that come into play. You will be immersed in the peacefulness of the Swiss Alps with guided nature walks, mountain lakes, waterfalls and breathtaking views. The course is taught by two experienced instructors,
