After Work Goes to Kirmes 2026

The exact date, time, and meeting point will be shared exclusively with all registered participants shortly before the event.

Please note that the meeting point is only where we'll start the evening. As is our tradition, we'll be visiting several different booths throughout the night. For this reason, we kindly ask everyone to arrive on time. Mobile phone coverage at the Kirmes is often unreliable due to the large number of visitors, making it difficult to contact anyone who arrives late.

If you register but later find that you can’t attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. We completely understand that plans can change, but there is usually a waiting list, and your cancellation allows someone else to take part.

Please note: As this is an outdoor event, the gathering may be postponed in the event of severe weather. Should this happen, all registered participants will be informed in advance.
