Yoga and Something More

Welcome to a session with exercises of breathing, movement and focusing! In this class, I, who completed Protected content yoga training, will guide you through different exercises of yoga, breathing and mindfulness/meditation. Some fascia stimulating exercises will be part of the class.
I am looking forward to exploring yoga and all other exercises with you.
Bring your own yoga mat.
