Yoga Walk is a gentle training method. It combines mindful and easy walking with rhythmic and conscious breathing as well as with meditative outdoor exercises. The combination of yoga, walking and synchronized breathing promotes cardiovascular health. Walking Yoga strengthens, regenerates and leads to a state of harmony and connectedness.
No prior knowledge is required.

WHAT DO YOU NEED
🍀 comfortable clothing with plenty of freedom of movement and adapted to the weather conditions
🍀 Jogging/walking shoes.
The Yoga Walk is free but a donation as you see fit is appreciated for the instructor's time.
