Meditative Silent Walk
Silent Walking is a meditative practice based on mindfulness and movement. It is a form of walking in silence, with the focus on conscious awareness of movement and surroundings.
Feel free to bring a notebook and a pen, in case you need to exchange some words during the walk.
We will just walk “on silence” until we reach the most beautiful biergarten in Munich, the Waldwirtschaft! The we can speak up our experience about the walk… or just grab a beer and some food!
About one hour walk.
