Yoga After Work

Dear yoga friends, we often harm our bodies by going about our "normal" everyday routines. These everyday things include sitting in front of the computer for more than 8 hours a day. There are numerous studies on how sitting negatively affects our body, but also our mind. This leads us to bad posture, weight gain, a bad mood and finally depression.
As a certified yoga teacher, I would like to try to help you reduce these negative influences by applying yoga exercises and techniques. If you are curious to know more, join me in the beautiful Tiergarten!
Bring your own yoga mat or towel/blanket in case you don't have a mat.
