Let's Embark On A Journey Aboard The Indian Train
In Protected content , the Bombay Prohibition Act was enacted in the state of Maharashtra. Without license, prohibited to sell, consume or even be in possession of alcohol. The police launched raids on the places of drinks going so far as to break into people's homes. The punishment was severe: three months to five years in prison.
A solution was available to the Cocktails's Lovers: a mysterious train left Mumbai every evening at 6 PM in the direction of neighboring states where alcohol was not prohibited*:
- Departure: Mumbai => Several Naan to 5 euro.
- Connection: New Dehli => Dishes to 10 euro.
- Connection: Chenmai => Side Dishes to 8 euro.
- Arrival: Paris/Porte Saint-Martin => Desserts to 9 euro
( Menu cooked by the Chef Roudy Petersen ).
*The secret has been kept so well that no historian has yet found traces of these crazy evenings.
After this amazing trip we will sneak at the back of the restaurant to find a hidden pub with the air of a train-car. Located behind a hidden door at the bottom of an Indian street food a passage with the scent of patchouli will take us to Protected content with Bollywood music.
