Hula Hoop Dance // Beyond The Basics

Dear all,
Hula Hooping is very versatile, creative and great for improving fitness, coordination and body awareness. There are so many fancy tricks and cool moves to learn. In this class we will start with a gentle Hula Hoop Yoga warm up and movement improvisation. Then I will teach you the basics and easy advanced on and off body tricks. Come and join the Hooping fun! Rings can be lend from me or bring your own.
This is your place to have great time in Frankfurt !
