With the gyms’ closure, why not build a community where we can run together? And no excuses when it snows, rains or hails.

Also, I used to teach kickboxing, so if you guys are down to train outdoors learning basic technics in kickboxing after an hour of running (to warm up), let me know.

We will start at the Financial District to University of Toronto’s Queen’s Park then head to Ripleys Aquarium of Canada where we can use the stairs for a little warm up to those who wish to do kickboxing.

Should you decide to donate, a tax-deductible receipt will be issued by the 1 West Montreal Squadron where my son is an Air Cadet.
