2026 Season Opening - Mainspitze !
Let's open the cycling season with a relatively long but easy ride alongside the Main river. The route is flat, mostly paved.
Distance : 56 km
Time to ride: cca. 4.30 (easy pace)
Because it's the beginning of the season, you can shorten the ride and join us near the Mainspitze at the Mainz-Gustavsburg train station:
Use the S-Bahn and freely transport your bicycle and we'll meet at the train station. We will wait for you at the train station between 11: Protected content . Please contact me if you are planning to use train on time.
Approximately, the distance will be halved to around 30 km.
The ride is suitable for all bicycle types.

Bring water and snacks that will keep you fit during the ride. Lunch is planned at the end of the ride, at a nice restaurant in Höchst:
