Brazilian Brunch – A Taste of Brazil in Brussels

Join us for a Brazilian Brunch, where we'll share delicious homemade specialties, good conversations, and a little taste of Brazil right here in Brussels!

Whether you're already familiar with Brazilian cuisine or simply curious to discover it, this brunch is the perfect opportunity to spend a relaxing Saturday morning with an international crowd.

Our host will be Manuela, a Brazilian chef passionate about traditional cuisine and the history behind Brazil's rich culinary heritage. Throughout the brunch, she will introduce us to some of Brazil's most beloved specialties.

Menu:
•Savory specialties: Couscous-tapioca with eggs and cheese, Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread), Bread selection, Cold cuts and cheeses,
•Sweet treats: Orange cake, Corn with coconut cake, Traditional Broa, Fresh fruits and jams, Rabanada (Brazilian-style sweet French toast)
•Drinks: Coffee, Tea, Fruit juices and lemonade
