Fitness-Walk to Start Easter Weekend
I suggest you join me on Easter Friday at 11 a.m. for a one-hour fitness walk (around 6 km/h) in Tier Garten Park.
Fast-walk allows you to burn Protected content 300Kcal/h, especially to strengthen your legs and glutes but also your abs and back after a long winter.
It will also energize you so you will be ready to make the most of this long weekend (with 18 degrees predicted for our day :-))
So we are going to walk quickly but still pleasant and manageable for everyone ;-)
We will finish with simple movements to relax the muscles and sit in the grass, refreshing ourselves with the drink you bring, which will allow us to chat even more without being out of breath from the walk ;-)

and keep a good position all along
