Fitness Walk and Italian Terrace at Tempelhof
Join me for a fitness walk at Tempelhof Field this Thursday, May 1st, at 11 a.m., followed by a drink (or more) on the terrace of an Italian restaurant.
We'll walk for about an hour, covering 6+ km at a fast pace, burning approximately Protected content . It’s a great way to get fit for spring, boost your energy, and enjoy the fresh air.
If you're up for it, we can mix up the pace with a "disruptive walk," and I can also introduce you to Nordic walking sticks—let me know in advance if you’d like me to bring a pair for you.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes suitable for fast walking.
This will be a SPORTY activity but still an enjoyable session for everyone.
After the walk, we’ll do some stretching and a 10-minute meditation on the grass—or simply relax and listen to the birds if meditation isn’t your thing.
To wrap up our energizing May 1st, we’ll head to the Italian restaurant terrace across from U6 Tempelhof Station for coffee or drinks.
