This workshop will introduce you to stress management tools and techniques helping you to live a calmer life and to increase your happiness.
Something curious about Margarita
Margarita has a Master in Psychology and calls herself Chief-Happifier. Her upbringing was multi-cultural and multi-lingual - living in Spain, Germany and the UK, and speaking all three languages. She worked in both large and small companies in different countries and industries. This experience together with her deeply ingrained curiosity has been extremely valuable and explains her urge to seek new challenges and to learn new things.
