Manage your Communication and Receive Better Treatment
"How to GET Great Service" - Meet the author
Howard Rokofsky went through his "self-help" book phase in the 90s, consuming all the bestsellers and experimenting with the techniques along his extensive travels. He never thought he would ever write one.
One day, he was searching for a book on customer service, not from the service provider's point of view, but the customer's -- how to ask for extras, manage impasses, how to complain and get satisfaction. When he discovered there was no such book, he decided there should be one. So he wrote it.
The result is a compact, Protected content handbook with all the tips you'll ever need to increase your chances of a positive, effective customer outcome. As the customer!
"The hardest part was reducing the word count, in order to keep it short and sweet. I rewrote it so many times it started doing my head in. Sarcasm was my salvation."
We'll discuss with Howard about his experiences writing a book and whatever else comes to mind.
