Rejuvenating Yoga Sequence With New Year Intention

We'll start with a short guided Pranayama (breathing techniques) to connect inwards to our vital Prana energy, and we'll set an intention for the practice.
Then we'll move through mindful transitions and hold yoga poses for longer to work on stamina and endurance, to strengthen the body & mind.
We'll practice quite a few yoga twists to get rid of sluggishness and fatigue, to help body detoxify.
Towards the end of the session we'll meditate on the intention and finish with guided final relaxation in Savasana (Corpse pose).
We'll leave some time to share experiences and thoughts afterwards.
The practice won't be physically demanding but please let me know if you have any injuries and health condition.
You'll need a yoga mat and stretchy clothes.
I encourage you to keep the camera on, at least in the beginning.
Regular yoga sessions, including breathing techniques and meditation, will help you feel stronger in the body and mind, more peaceful, providing the perfect platform for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
