Ready to Join?

April 22nd is World Earth Day. We'll honour Mother Earth with gratitude, connectedness, groundiness, balance, and steadiness.
The theme of Earth Day Protected content 'Uniting for Our One Shared Home'.
It will resonate with our practices, which will emphasise interconnectedness and the harmony with nature.

We'll work on body flexibility, stiffness in hips, back and shoulders moving through the special light dynamic flow then holding stretches for longer in Yin style to explore those deeper layers: physical, energetical and mental/emotional.

A beautiful guided Tree meditation will teach peacefulness and connectedness.

We'll finish the practice with final relaxation in lying position Savasana.

By joining the class you are solely responsible for your practice, how it affects you. You agree that you listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
You'll need a yoga mat and stretchy clothes. Also please have a blanket or other props to support your practice.

I encourage you to keep the camera on, at least in the beginning.

Regular yoga sessions, including breathing techniques and meditation, will help you feel stronger in the body and mind, more peaceful, providing the perfect platform for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
