Yoga for Slowing Down
A soothing yoga flow designed to release tension, restore balance, and help you ease into the week with clarity and calm.
You'll need stretchy clothes, yoga mat and props (if you have), a blanket, a little cushion, and an eye cover for final relaxation is highly recommended: an eye bag or a folded scarf.
