Guest speaker : Eric Le Reste

Eric Le Reste is a former journalist, documentary maker, and executive producer with CBC/Radio-Canada, where he worked for 38 years on national news and current affairs programs. His work has received numerous distinctions, including awards from the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television.

Parallel to his media career, Eric has followed a lifelong spiritual path. For more than 40 years, he has practiced and taught Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris .
He is based in Montreal.
