How to Stay Clear, Creative, and Human While the World Accelerates Around You

AI is changing how we work faster than our bodies can keep up.
Most professionals are already feeling it: the difficulty switching off, the compulsive tab-opening, the sense of always being on but never quite present. These aren't productivity problems. They are nervous system problems. And they are becoming one of the defining challenges of working in an AI-accelerated world.
In this session, performance coach Marta Czajkowska draws on her work with founders and executives at the leading edge of AI adoption, alongside research in neuroscience and stress physiology, to explain what is actually happening inside the brain and body when we work at technological speed.
The session moves through three parts: a 30-minute talk on why nervous system capacity is becoming the most important leadership skill of the AI era, 15 minutes of practical regulation techniques you can use immediately, and an open conversation to share what you are noticing in your own work and life.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of what your nervous system needs to perform well under pressure, and concrete tools to work with AI without letting it work against you.
