Workshop 4: Designing Your Offer
This workshop helps founders shape a clear, confident offer that is both valuable to clients and protected by strong legal and structural foundations. Instead of rushing to “sell something,” participants learn how to define what they do, what they don’t do, and how to communicate their services in a way that prevents misunderstandings, scope creep, and unnecessary risk.
Across the session, founders explore how to structure their offer with legal precision: setting boundaries, clarifying deliverables, identifying exclusions, and understanding the early risks that can arise from informal agreements or unclear expectations. They also learn how to align their offer with their values, legacy, and business architecture, ensuring it is sustainable for them to deliver as the business grows.
Through guided exercises and peer reflection, each participant drafts a simple, legally‑informed offer summary they can later develop into a proposal, service description, or terms of engagement. The result is an offer that is clear, ethical, well‑structured, and ready to support long‑term trust and credibility.
