Guided Meditation: Meeting the Anxious Part Within
You are warmly invited to a gentle twenty-five-minute meditation designed to help you meet, understand, and soften the anxious part within.
We’ll begin with relaxation and then move gently inward, creating space to notice this anxious part — how it feels, what it needs, and what it may be trying to communicate. 🌌 The aim is to meet it with curiosity and compassion rather than fear.
After the meditation, there will be space for reflections, questions, and sharing. 🌺
