What Do I Want This Year? — A Reflective Guided Meditation
You are invited to a gentle 20–25-minute reflective guided meditation, followed by a calm, optional group discussion 🌿
Rather than focusing on resolutions or goals, this meditation invites you to slow down, turn inward, and notice what truly wants your attention this year. There is no pressure to find answers — only space for presence and awareness.
During the meditation, you will be gently guided to listen to your inner self and allow a meaningful question to take shape. The deeper intention is to help you prepare a question you may wish to hold — and offer — to the wider intelligence or wisdom you connect with, inviting guidance and clarity 🌈
After the meditation, there will be space for quiet reflection and open discussion in a supportive and respectful setting, where insights may be shared or simply held.
This session is open to everyone — whether you are new to meditation or already have an established practice ✨
