"Have a Drink With a Shrink!" Ask a Therapist Monthly Event

Warm welcome everyone!
Mental health is crucial to our well-being. We created this special monthly series for you to ask questions to a clinical psychologist and see clearer about concerns you experience in life. Therapy needs long-term commitment, yet experienced Clinical psychologist Dr. Kristina Raines's knowledge & tips will set you on the first initial right path.
This is a safe place for every member to exchange and interact.
Revealing only specific details about your issue, don´t overwhelm yourself or others, we will accompany you in the best way possible.
We are very grateful for Dr. Kristina Raines, time, dedication, knowledge, and experience for this monthly series.
Host: Laura Mass, Bsc, EMBA
