Una splendida esposizione delle opere di Rubens, Velázquez, Brueghel il Vecchio, Van Dyck, Cranach, i grandi artisti italiani Caravaggio, Arcimboldo, Tiziano, Tintoretto, Veronese. Protagonisti della mostra “Da Vienna a Roma. Meraviglie degli Asburgo dal Kunsthistorisches Museum”. Per la prima volta in Italia i capolavori provenienti dalle collezioni della famiglia imperiale.
Come di consueto, farò una breve introduzione all'inizio della mostra.
A splendid exhibition of works by Rubens, Velázquez, Brueghel the Elder, Van Dyck, Cranach, and the great Italian artists Caravaggio, Arcimboldo, Titian, Tintoretto, and Veronese. These are the highlights of the exhibition "From Vienna to Rome. Wonders of the Habsburgs from the Kunsthistorisches Museum." Masterpieces from the imperial family's collections are on display in Italy for the first time.
As usual, I will provide a brief introduction at the beginning of the exhibition.
