Freedom over Ego: Leading the World by Leading the Self
This workshop invites participants to rethink leadership, not as control, dominance, or visibility, but as inner clarity, emotional freedom, and conscious choice. Freedom over Ego explores how unexamined ego shapes our reactions, relationships, and decisions, often limiting our ability to lead authentically. Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical tools, participants will learn how self-awareness, emotional regulation, and values-based action create a quieter but far more powerful form of leadership: one that begins within and ripples outward.
Rather than asking, “How do I lead others?” this workshop asks the deeper question:
“How do I lead myself when no one is watching?”
