Day without Cars& Visit of an Unknown Castle

Because the 20 September is free of cars I propose you to take your bike and if you don't have one the public transport- which is free.
You can join me for l a guided visit of the Chateau of Rivieren(Ganshoren) and/ or you can visit its domain. I managed to réservé 4 places to the guided visit in FR, but those who cannot participate( the visit takes 45 min) can wait for us , walking inside the domain and/or take some food and drinks available on the site.Then those who want can go to the Chalet du Laarbeek ( situated in a small forest at about 30 min by foot, 10 by bike or 25 with tram 9 to take some drinks, or desserts. I warn you already that I'll come by bike.But this doesn't matter. I'll reserve' a table and wait for you there. Afterwards you can take the tram 9 back to Simonis metro station( btw, if you come to the Chateau de Rivieren, you should take athe metro 2 or 6 to Simonis, and then the tram 9 or bus 13 or 87.
If you come by bike or scooterI suggest you to take it with you on the public transport or by train( from Bruxelles Nord, Central, South, Luxembourg , Schumann, Etterbeek) and get down to the Jette Station.Then traverse the Parc Baudoin until Avenue de l'Exposition and from there you have still Protected content to the Castle: -)
