Enjoy an Afternoon Walk

Hi,

Let's get out an enjoy an afternoon walk from Røa to Lysaker. We will meet at Røa t-bane station and start walking along the scenic Lysaker river. We expect to see small waterfalls, bridges and be in the lovely Norwegian forest. The hike is approx 4,5 km long and is mostly downhill. It is considered an easy to moderate hike.

What to pack/wear:
- the trail could be muddy in some places as it is in the forest so wear good shoes
- Yr has predicted that it will not rain and be about 25C so wear appropriate clothing
- When we get down to Lysaker it is possible to swim so take your swim clothes if you plan to take a cooling dip afterwards (not part of the event)
- Take something to eat
- Carry enough water
- If you want to bring your dog that's ok as long as no one joining is allergic

If you do not think you can go all the way to Lysaker it is possible to stop off at Jar t-bane station which is along the way.

NOTE 1: Please be on time !! I understand this is a work day but we will not wait on persons who are late.

NOTE 2: If you sign up and decide not to attend please remove your name from the list before the event, it would be very much appreciated as there is a limit to the number of participants.
