How About One Last Autumn Bike Ride Before Winter Sets In?
We’ll cycle around Nøklevann in Østmarka, starting and finishing at Rustadsaga. The route is about 8 km, with the option of adding a short extension for anyone who would like to ride a little further. We’ll take a break along the way and enjoy the forest and lake views. Please bring a light lunch and something to drink. Check your bike beforehand and dress warmly — November can be chilly!
Getting there: Take the metro to Skullerud and cycle about 2–3 km to Rustadsaga. Bogerud is another option. There’s also a bus stop close to Rustadsaga. You can bring a bike on the bus if there’s space, though room may be limited.
During the ride, we can also discuss dates for our upcoming winter activities, including husky dog sledding in Haukeli, a ski trip with accommodation in Trysil, and the other activities we’ve talked about.
