Foundation Training - Free Introduction - Postural Pain Relief
Hi everyone!
I want to introduce a movement practice that facilitated my healing journey. The short summary of my story is that I moved to Costa Rica in Protected content was searching for a place to heal from pain, tension, and anxiety held within my body. (Mostly my jaw, hips, back, & shoulders)
I found Foundation Training shortly after moving here & have been practicing for 3 years. I knew right away that this was the blueprint to untangling my body and healing.
The practice is comprised of movements designed to properly align and tension the body. With this accurate tensioning - you gain access to a full, powerful, decompression breath.
This may sound confusing, but I promise it's not difficult. This is for all levels, we work with everyone from young children to elderly clients - it scales to your level. The biggest challenge is consistency. If you practice 10 minutes a day - you will carry that awareness through your day. Eventually, with practice, pain-free posture will become your norm.
My intention is to be a resource for you. For those in pain, this work often includes breathing through old fascia restrictions, discomforts, stories we've told ourselves. I want to be by your side, correct your form, and encourage you that healing is possible - we've seen it in thousands of clients globally.
Also, this isn't limited to those in pain! High-level Olympians & extreme sport athletes swear by this practice.
