Château De Septème Guided Tour & Concert at Festival d'Ambronay

The week-end Protected content are the "Jours de Patrimoine" in all of Europe.
I propose to visit the Château de Septème near Lyon (ca. 170km from Geneva). It is a private castle but it will open its rooms to visitors on this occasion. Guided tour is 11EUR Protected content . We want to go at 14h15.
On the way back we'll pass by Ambronay where a famous music festival is held in the XI century medieval abbey. That Sunday at 17h00 there is the Italian baroque piece "Le Donne di Cavalli" played by Cappella Mediterranea. If you want to be on the safe side, reserve your ticket ( Protected content ) at: Protected content . Due to the fantastic accoustics you can hear well from anywhere in the church and there will be 12 big TV screens throughout the church to better see the artists.

We will car-share - those taking a ride pay the driver 15 cents per km for petrol unasked. We'll share any motorway tolls.
