Wellness Morning: Pranayama, Nature Walk & Brunch

As a new expat in Tashkent, I would like to initiate a series of wellness-focused gatherings including Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, and mindful group activities. I have previously organized similar sessions in Istanbul and experienced how powerful community-based wellness can be.
Our first meet-up on Saturday will include guided Pranayama techniques, a light mindful walk, and an optional coffee/brunch afterward for networking and connection.
The goal is simple: meaningful connection, balanced energy, and a supportive international circle.
